“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. “The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If……
