The staff were amazing! So friendly and outgoing! The room was comfortable and the bed as well. Noisy upstairs neighbors ALL night were not so great.

We wanted a downstairs room because my sister has difficulty climbing stairs but they had no double queen beds downstairs so we would have had to pay extra for a downstairs king bedroom. We got the upstairs room but I don't think people should have to pay extra to not climb stairs!

Older hotel but neatly kept, beds were comfortable. Woman at check in was great, gentleman at checkout was very friendly also.

This hotel was very disappointing. The front desk guy was very nice and cordial. If I could give him five stars alone I would but the rest of it was awful. It was on a busy street and I’m not sure what else was surrounding it but every five minutes it sound like a semi, drove across the roof. The room itself was filthy dirty our shower was full of long black hairs the floors within two minutes of walk around in my socks, made my socks black. They hadn’t changed the sheets on the bed. There was dirt and sand at the bottom of the sheets inside, and it felt at night like you were being bitten by bugs Not to mention the room was teeny tiny and every wall every baseboard everything was filthy and then it claims that it has continental breakfast a 3 foot bar with a coffee maker and prepackaged danishes is not continental breakfast. I would definitely never stay here again nor would I recommend it to anybody.

The condition of the room was terrible. I had a pet friendly room and the floor looked like a dog had chewed part of it apart in the main room. There were cracked floor tiles in the bathroom and some duct tape repair to the curtains. The furniture was also shabby. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Rooms are a little noisy from the roads but the staff and the accommodations they helped me with being a nightshift travel nurse were everything!

An impromptu smoking area had been formed at the end of the first floor near the entrance to all first floor rooms on one side and under the stairway. It consisted of a variety of chairs - a broken down office chair, several dining table chairs and a few semi- upholstered waiting room pieces. I can’t believe the hotel allowed that to exist in a public area.

It is a quaint, older facility. Right on the main road so noisy. Decor of our room was cute. The black and I mean black water in the toilet and coming out of the faucets was a nightmare and we decided we weren't comfortable at all with the situation. We asked for a refund and were told the owners will be in the next morning. I have confidence in Expedia.
