Clean and comfortable

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. Unfortunately it is located on a busy intersection so we couldn’t open the windows to cool the cottage down without large trucks braking right outside the windows. It quieted though by 8 and we were able to get a good nights sleep. One direction is very industrial but two blocks the other way its a beautiful historic area of homes and a great walking area around the high school,

Had a great time in Coos Bay!

We stayed two nights at the house, and it was great! It was in a good location for us to be able to get around town as well as over to the beach. We would stay here again.

The worst experience in the process of checking in I have ever experienced. To the point after driving for 12 hours we did even stay there because their site would not download my dl. Called three times and only spoke to one person who said he would fix it and didn’t. Stay away from this thrid party mgt

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Each contact with staff was excellent, everyone was helpful and friendly. The central location was great. We had quick access to stores and restaurants We will stay there again.

Close to Bandon Dunes

This is a nice option if you are playing at Bandon Dunes. About 15-20 minutes away from the courses. The house was very clean, well maintained with new appliances, and comfortable beds. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Quick stop

This cozy space met our needs of being close to the school and great value. The beds were very firm and the showers were hot. There is road noise as others mention but it wasn’t terrible enough for earplugs. Within walking distance to some coffee, restaurants and fast food. It was extremely clean and communication with the staff was quick.

Very cute

Very comfortable cottage. Very clean and comfortable. About 2 blocks from Hwy 101 in Coos Bay. Located at edge of neighborhood across from commercial area is the only drawback.

Cute little cottage

We were on a road trip and spent a couple of nights there. It was absolutely perfect for us, 2 couples 2 dogs. It was a bit outside of downtown but still walkable. My only complaint is that it’s noisy. Lots of traffic noise throughout the night. Besides that it was great. Clean, well stocked and great communication with the rental staff.

Perfect fit

Clean, cute, & Comfy. Everything was so clean and well maintained. The beds were great, the kitchen was wonderful. New appliances, including dishwasher, laundry and garbage disposal. The kitchen was well equiped. I will be recommending to all my friends and family. Child and pet friendly. Close to local groceries and easy parking

Worked out great for a family fishing/hiking trip

This property doesn't have sweeping views but it's like a home in a very convenient location. We did a bit of food and fishing tackle shopping at the very close BiMart and Fred Meyer. We brought a trailered boat and there was lots of unobstructed parking plus a gas station with nonethanol gas down the street. I think we save a lot of time that way, which left for time for fishing, crabbing and hiking The house is very near the port, which made for some nice walks, but also for traffic and ship loading noise. Since I live on 4 acres, I am not used to noise. Our dog adapted pretty well to city walks and of course loved being with us instead of staying at home. All in all, we were pleased with the house and plan to stay again.

Several negatives but overall positive

The listing was not transparent about the fact that each additional guest, beyond one, would incur an additional charge per night. With the listing stating it sleeps up to 6, this was a surprise to me. When I reached out to the management company with a question about this fact, they were defensive and rude about my inquiry. We arrived about 15 minutes before the check in time of 4 pm and the cleaning person was still onsite. She finally finished up about 20 minutes later but, after a 12 hour drive, we were a little disappointed to have to wait until 5 minutes past the hour to actually get into the property. The neighborhood was not ideal, with several homeless and transients wandering about. However, once checked in, the property itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything of convenience a short-term rental should have. Would stay again, now knowing about the few quirks to expect. Many specifics were less than par, but overall 4 out of 5.

Clean and small but met our needs

We stayed 2 nights in this cottage and were very pleased with cleanliness and comfort. We weren’t sure about the neighborhood as we pulled up but it was FINE and a great location for exploring the coast. The dining table is in a tight cubby, we pulled it out a bit to eat comfortably. The washer and dryer were appreciated.
