Lovely Coos Bay Home

Clean and cozy with thoughtful amenities; the little extras that make you smile. Easy walking to the boardwalk, our favorite coffee spot and dining. Definitely recommend and are looking at other locations offered by ‘Stay in Our District’ for future travels.

Cozy stay for my family of 3

The place was clean, comfy and equipped with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable!! It’s off HWY 101 so it’s easy to go any direction whether it’s to the dunes, the beach, up the river or to stay in town. We will definitely rent this cute cottage again!

Cozy Convenient Cottage

Very well-appointed quarters, comfy bed & covers, modern appliances + all kitchen necessities, bathroom supplies, ROKU TV, basic furniture, plenty of conveniently located electrical outlets, easy parking, abundant doggie relief area; quiet mixed business & residential neighborhood; short drive to markets, restaurants. Cluster of several cottages has a work camp vibe.

Coos Bay stay

The property itself was quaint and mostly suited our needs for the week, however the location was not as comforting. The home was clean when we checked in, but within a day or so we began noticing ants on the furniture, counter tops and all along the baseboards. What started out as a few, quickly turned into many!! When I reached out to the property manager, I was told this was the time of year that happened. They offered to have someone come over and place bait stations but no specifics were given and we ended up purchasing and placing some ourselves. They also stated there should be some bait on site, so this must have been a known issue, but we were unable to find them. The manager apologized and no further communication took place. We will look for other housing options when returning to the area.
