“The room was clean and staff were all courteous. We stayed on the first floor which is a first for me. It was a little noisy given that the parking lot was right outside my window, the ice machine was one door away, and I could hear the people on the 2nd floor so I wouldn't recommend it. The room was clean but there was dehumidifier running in the hallway and the room had a bit of an old smell. You can tell it's an old property that they threw some paint and new fixtures in. “My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott at Opryland started off on a positive note, with the check-in process seeming smooth and straightforward at first. The front desk staff initially appeared efficient, and I was looking forward to settling into what I had booked—a king suite. However, things quickly went downhill once I got to my room. “The room was clean. They gave us a room that had not been cleaned then didn’t have a king room. There was lots of noise all night. ”

“We stayed in the Retreat House. The room and bathroom were beautiful and sparkling clean and very spacious. The only reason I did not give this bed-and-breakfast five stars was the location. Belle Air mansion is located on a tremendously busy intersection right off the interstate. It is a MUST that you bring earplugs and an eye mask to get a good nights restful sleep otherwise you will be up all night listening to traffic. Breakfast was delicious!”

“What a gem of a property! We stayed before their “grand opening”, and so they are l working out the kinks. We gave it a two thumbs up, with the only issue being that the refrigerator in the room was on the tiny side. Other than that, we are so happy we stayed there! Put it on your list, if you want to be in Nashville, but want to stay in a quieter part of town.”

“Advertised a smart tv which it did not have. The bed was about the same as sleeping on a cold rock. Staff and everything else was great! ”
