「best location in the beach, but need renovation」

「Everything was wonderful」

「I enjoyed this hotel, I was kind of skeptical but I’m glad I booked. The room was huge , partial view of ocean/mountain with separate room with tub that my son just had to get in 😂. The breakfast was not bad and getting to Copacabana was ideal. There is a mall towards the back road which we walked to one evening. The Rochina favela was close by but did not deter. Train station close by which we rode and of course the beach is across the street was awesome with great views. The staff was great...

「六星级的收费，二星级的设施，二星级的服务，有点脑子都不要选这个酒店！差的离谱！it is the worst five star hotel I have ever stayed .」

「There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and the staff are very attentive. 」

「Nos hospedamos 4 dias y estuvo espectacular el desayuno, la atención, la limpieza y las instalaciones」

「Excellent buffet breakfast. Communication difficult at times because staff did not speak English but they did all use a translation app which was useful. Limited space at roof top pool and many guests took chairs early morning and kept them all day. Partial beach view was amazing」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」
