「六星级的收费，二星级的设施，二星级的服务，有点脑子都不要选这个酒店！差的离谱！it is the worst five star hotel I have ever stayed .」

「Everyone was amazing. For one improvement, I would say that the times to clean the room were a little late for my liking, normally the girl came late morning or early afternoon. I would like to have the room cleaned around 10am so when I leave the room after breakfast the room would be ready on my return in the afternoon.」

「I booked a ocean view room but when I arrived the hotel staff provide me a handicap room on the third floor with no view to the ocean; I complained and the changed me to another room on the same floor with view to the bar and pool ... I had complained and finally got the room I paid for. Also, every single morning out of the 5 days the maintenance crew was banging and using electrical tools - I complained but no solution was offered. The area where they serve breakfast was under maintenance also...

「I booked an apartment with Unhotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the photos online looked much better than reality, the actual stay fell far below expectations. The biggest issue happened immediately upon arrival. I prepaid for an airport pickup arranged through the property, but no driver showed up at the airport at 4 AM. After contacting them, I was told the driver would arrive much later, so after an overnight international flight we had to pay for our own...

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」
