Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house. Lots of room for a decent family gathering and the kids loved the bunk bed. We loved playing board games on the downstairs table next to the kitchen while cooking meals too!

Great house to all get together and have fun all at the same location, close to so many different attractions including the ocean, food, drinks, shopping, casino, wildlife and more! We all had a great time in this spacious house!

The home was clean, large, and close to the beach. There are some RV parks nearby. Most of the neighborhood is a bit run down. But this home was a nice getaway for us. Would stay here again.

The house was big, and clean. There is a peek-a-boo view from the upstairs, you can hear and smell the ocean. The surrounding area is dumpy, with old vehicles, vacant shacks and such.

Perfect location for 2 families to share with lots of room to not feel cramped on each other. Loved the Mudd room to take off sandy shoes before entering home. Only negative I can say is the carpets are really really stained. They should be replaced.

Inside was much better than outside. The next door neighbors who live there year round were very friendly to us. It would help to cut the weeds down in the yard. I would not let the kids play in the back yard or my dog to use it either. Good location to the beach and enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. I think everyone enjoyed the stay.

House was larger than I expected. Pictures didn’t do the house any justice, Much nicer.Picture of master bedroom needs to be updated. The room is very large with a large TV, decorated very nicely. Game room upstairs and large eat in kitchen were great for broad games and meals. Short Walk to beach. Only negatives were the stairs to the family area...a little steep but we managed (ages 73 and 69 that walk with a cane) Also, the front stairs are tilted and a little slippery. Hand rails on both sides and skid guards would improve the safety. My husband fell the first day walking up the stairs injured is hand and forearm. Would stay again.

The house is not maintained. The outside is in terrible condition as are most of the neighboring houses. The yard is not viable for pets or humans. The carpet is so nasty you won’t want to take your shoes off. If it’s hot and you want to open the windows be prepared to let wasps and mosquitoes in as the screens are all tattered. The images on the post are a lie and the view from the master is not amazing as they say. You have to look through power lines, over a low end motel, over trailer people, and then you can kind of see the water. The oven fan and light don’t work. Nothing for sitting out on the back deck but unsafe rusted metal chairs. I would give a negative star rating if I could. Pay more for a better place and skip this dump. Also skip any by the same rental agency “By The Sea”.

Not enough towels. Supposed to be linen exchanged on Tuesdays, this never happened. The beds/mattresses were old and uncomfortable. There was one tucked in a corner that had to be used and there was a stash of garbage in the corner of that area. Who knows how long it had been there as there was no way to get at it unless you pulled the bed out. There was not a covered garbage out side. We left a bag of garbage out side, as we were told to in the morning, and an animal got into it. The management called me and threw me attitude because they had to pick the garbage up out of the yard. I explained that there was no covered garbage can to put bags into. That was met with the argument that, Yes there was and I needed to use it. Then I was hung up on. It put a roof over our head but overall my guys and myself were not comforatble at all.
