There was no ladder to the upper bunk bed in the room until asked. No phone in the room, therefore, needed to go to the reception whenever something was missing.

Nice budget friendly downtown hotel..Rooms are tiny and bathroom and shower a bit small and clunky. Soap and hair shampoo was very minimal in size and quantity but not a bad place

The staff was good, breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and very conveniently located. Rooms are very small though and sounds-proofing is not great.

Well, you get what you pay for. Small rooms with cramped bath, but clean and with very comfortable beds. The location is very handy for the train station, the Tivoli and the City Centre. We walked everywhere. Very basic breakfast and staff at reception, lovely cleaning ladies.

Hotellet er efterhånden meget slidt. En af lamperne på mit værelse hang fra loftet og var i stykker. Der var også ret beskidt på gulvet. Der var ret lydt. Sengen var dog okay og jeg fik en ganske ok søvn. Hotellet kunne dog godt trænge til en opfriskning.

Dirty and unkept in some areas. First morning, I went to boil water for coffee and the pot was filthy with stuff stuck on the inside. Bathroom had a urine smell. I guess that’s the trade for the price.

The hotel is in a great area, walkable to the train/ metro station as well as to tourist places. But the bathroom was terrible, and there is no heating in the rooms or AC. (The funny things is that it literally makes you feel like you are in a tiny Cabin). For those interested the bathroom is literally a two square feet with a toilet right underneath the shower, water goes everywhere, you have to choose wisely the time to take a shower because the floor gets all wet and you can not use the toilet. About the heating I understand its a building structure thing, but we had to ask for a little heater instead of it being in the room already.

Det var et dejligt ophold og værelset havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Men de skal nok snart til at købe nogle nye senge. Vi har stor glæde af kogekedel på værelset og kaffen til om morgenen inden dagen går i gang i København

Suffisant pour un week end
Chambre petite pour 3 personnes. Mais literie confortable. Salle d’eau/WC très minimaliste et système robinet/pommeau de douche pas simple à gérer. Dommage que le service ménage ne soit pas passé une fois en 3 jours ne serait ce que pour vider les poubelles. L’accueil nous avait dit qu’on pouvait les solliciter mais bon. Le pti dej est très correct et assez complet.

One of the Best Hotels I checked-in :)
The hotel was amazing. On arrival, you will see smiling faces ready to welcome you to the facility and the city itself. The facilities were superb and it catered to all of my needs. There is a corner on which you can see leaflets on what to visit in Copenhagen and what is recommended. They also have a breakfast facility you can avail of, the food options were superb, and as an Asian, it will give you options on what to eat as a breakfast fika.

Det var som og være på passaskjerfergen, om man ønsker noe enkelt og greit. Rene rom, enkelt. Dobbelseng med enkelseng på veggen over.

Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Scrambled egg var koldt og ligeså små pølser. Brødet var tørt. Manden som sad i buffet og sørgede for betaling, så meget usoigneret ud og sad og sov på stolen.
