A truly unique hotel set in the site of the old Carlsberg brewery, an area steeped in history and amazing architectural features. The hotel retains lots of interesting hints to the buildings past and is beautifully furnished with iconic contemporary Danish design and original artworks.

Vi havde et virkeligt dejligt ophold. Hotellets personale ydede en service udover det sædvanlige. Værelset var fedt, sengen var god og morgenmaden rigtig lækker. Hotellet ligger tæt på metro og s-togs station, så man nemt kan komme rundt i København. Vi kommer bestemt igen! :)

Prima hotel, fijne karaktervolle kamer, prima bed, grote inloopdouche. Koffie- en theevoorzieningen op kamer. Zeer stille kamer, waardoor prima geslapen. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Niet direct in nabijheid bezienswaardigheden, maar met openbaar vervoer heel goed te doen. Het was wel warm op de kamer. Er was wel airco, maar kon niet zo snel uitvinden hoe die werkte (overigens ook niet naar gevraagd, raam opengezet). Plaatsing van de kluis niet erg handig, onder in de kast, moest op de knieën om erbij te kunnen. Al met al is dit hotel zeker een aanrader!

Interessant og dejlig atmosfære
Dejligt sted, istandsat med fine detaljer fra historien bag bygningen - interessant. Dejlige senge, dejligt bad og god atmosfære. Lækker morgenmad. Wifi var desværre ikke af den kvalitet vi kunne ønske.

What a fantastic Hotel, industrial yet modernised. Shame the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed for refurb when we stayed though. Breakfast was great and varied but mostly continental so dont expect a lot of hot food. Happy hour and nightcap hour were a bouns and really made our trip to the Hotel, we usually had 2 drinks each during these hours and are completely on the house. Rooms were very functional and a really good bed, we are not good sleepers but you dont hear any noise from neighbouring guests and the blackout curtains worked brilliantly.

Skønt hotel
Virkelig godt hotel med meget venligt personale, god service og gode værelser og faciliteter. God atmosfære og dejligt område (Carlsbergbyen) som alternativ til København City. Housekeeping trak ned, men ikke stort problem. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Lovely hotel, would highly reccomend. We chose the deluxe room for the round wondow seat and it was worth it. Rooms were incredibly clean and staff were friendly, also appreciated the complimentary drink each evening. Great Value

Dejligt hotel
Rigtig fint. Det tæller dog lidt ned at der ikke var pladser nok til Wine hour (og jazz) og at I er under ombygning, så det var knap så hyggeligt med morgenmaden ligesom jeg havde foretrukket at spise hos jer. Men virkeligt sødt og smilende personale :-)

WOW! We stayed in 415 overnight on 12/29. The bathroom was covered in mold in the shower. There were stains on the sides of the bed and headboard. The mold was so bad I had an allergic reaction. I took photos, but this won’t let me post them. I’m shocked for the amount of money they charge. I’ll never be going back. I’ve stayed at motels that are cleaner than this.

Best hotel in Denmark
I travel a lot and this hotel is a standout and my new go to in Copenhagen. The hotel staff understand how to make everyone feel special and at home and the hyggely is just wonderful.

Misleading advertising against the law
Stayed in the hotel as a family trip between Christmas Eve/Christmas Day Hotel is nice but extremely hard to find and poor parking (poor signposting, roads around closed/no turn, no directions incl. to parking) AND hotel booked hotel specifically to use Spa on Christmas Day. On arrival at Spa was told that there's a cost of 850 DKK per person - OMG. Noone told us that. Hotel advert here on hotels.com says 'Spa' ie hotel is sold with Spa. No hint of having to pay anything. That's against the law. You cannot advertise and sell a service that is not delivered as sold, in this case a hotel with spa, leading guests to believe they're getting a Spa if they book at that hotel, only to learn on arrival that that comes at a substantial additional cost of 850DKK per person. For the 3 of us, that would have been 2550DKK - that's the same as a night in the junior suite we stayed in. As I say, misleading advertising is against the law .I will report the authorities. What an awful Christmas experience
