This property was exactly as advertised. A beautiful and clean apartment in a fantastic location. The property managers were easy to deal with and very responsive to all my queries. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Wonderful location, lovely cosy light flat, warm and dry. Well stocked. Great communication with the team. Stairs may be a bit risky with wee ones at the top. We really enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and great location, but...

We stayed for a week with three family members (couple + adult child). The good/great: * location was perfect for our needs, in the middle of things with close-by bakeries, restaurants, and markets plus easy access to public transportation * the beds were super-comfortable * it's advertised as one bath, but in USA-speak there was 1.5 bathrooms which was great * the big dining table was perfect for eating, working, and playing games * the kitchen was generally well-equipped and the dishwasher worked great (but no microwave) * the TV was sufficient for streaming Netflix, etc. (see below) So why not an excellent review? * wi-fi was poor (insufficient to support a reliable Zoom call, and streaming TV was not full resolution much of the time) * the hosts were completely non-responsive to texts and emails for the whole week when we had questions * picking up (and returning) the keys from the on-street lockbox was a 15 minute ordeal in the rain * it wasn't clear how to control the temperature (radiators) * the dishes in the cabinet were uniformly not-quite-clean * low ceilings and doorways caused daily injuries
