The staff were friendly, but there were a number of issues with the room - one being that the aircon/heating didn’t really work. I booked a corner room with two views and it apparently is a common problem. Eventually we were given a heater.
The hotel is really well placed for Central Park (5 min walk) and Time square 10/15 min walk. It’s near several underground stations.
The customer facing staff were lovely and helpful - rooms could do with a bit updating but we were very comfortable (ask for a kettle and you’ll get one)

Great location. Staff was very helpful. Wi-fi worked fine. Noise in the hallways all night of listening to others opening and shutting their doors was the only downfall. Definitely need white noise all night to help block the doors and people talking in the halls. Overall a lovely place to stay
