El hotel cumple con lo que promete, tienen buen servicio de limpieza y el personal es atento, lo único que yo agregaría es teléfono en las habitaciones, hay que ir a recepción cada que algo se ofrece o tienes dudas.el desayuno es básico pero no es malo, tienen buen café.

This is far away from the train station, if you plan to travel from the station, do not stay here. The hotel seem to have a lot of business from touring companies so no personalize service, also they only accept cash (apparently because their station was down) but this is not ok, because they should even be able to accept and electronic transfer (so this is not ok), also the beds are hard as of rock, water is hot and good thought, so if you need some where to stay is ok.

No tenían registrada mi reserva, llegue a las 10 pm con mi familia, muy agotados por el viaje y qieriamos cenar y descansar, y cuando llegamos nos dicen q todo está ocupado y q no hay lugar para ntros, le dije al chavo q ya teniamos nuestra reserva desde el mes de noviembre y nos dijo q tenia una cabaña para una noche (casi casi de favor)... asi q fatal el recibimiento. Pd. Y dormimos sin cenar porq no habia nada abierto a esa hora.

Hotel is built pretty cheap!!!! No ventilation in rooms, toilet was not working, light on bathroom was not working and the door for the room is as thin as paper!!! You can hear anything walking by the hallway

Incluía el desayuno, pero era lo mismo todos los días y no de muy buen sabor, chilaquiles verdes insípidos, al igual el huevo con jamón y un guiso de winies que no me gusto, las tortillas frías y en el segundo piso no tenían para calentarlas.. No funciono el Internet en ningún momento, la pantalla de televisor muy pequeñas y mala calidad de imagen.. y del estacionamiento muy pequeño que hay de dejar los automóviles afuera.. Solo por contar algunos.

Fue un hotel al que nos mandaron porque el Casa Margarita’s no respeta las reservaciones (ni pagadas). Fue bueno encontrar una opción, pero no lo consideraría para yo reservarlo nuevamente. Es un hotel nuevo y muy grande (varios edificios), sin embargo tienen una sola recepción (y una sola persona en recepción), lo que evidentemente tiene sus consecuencias. El comedor es insuficiente, al espacio general le hacen falta muchos arreglos, queda “lejos” del centro, ponen un tren para traslado (del cual supimos después), pues no hay quien informe. Personal insuficiente para el tamaño del lugar.

El hotel bien solo que está retirado de la estación del tren y no hay taxis que te lleven y después de las 19:00 hrs está sin iluminación la calle que te lleva a l hotel
