“My girlfriend and I stayed here while on a trip to Door County. The rental was decently secluded, away from town, but pretty close to lots of attractions. We spent most of our time at Peninsula State Park, which was only about a 45 minute drive away. The rental was very clean and Jennie was very nice and quick to reapond. Would stay here again.”

“The property was a last minute booking for a Thanskgiving weekend stay with our adult children. The house was super clean, bed sheets were so white they looked brand new. Even though it was a pet-friendly rental, there was zero evidence that any pets had ever stayed there... not even a faint scent of pets or a stray dog hair. Lots of games to choose from. The location was great... lots of privacy and a spectacular view. Communication with the host was oustanding. Would definitelty choose this……

“Secluded location on the lake. We loved the location and the serenity of the house. Enough space for all three adults. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. There was a musty odor upon entering the bedrooms. Looks like some airing out is needed. My guess is that the cleaning service is not doing their job. The floor looked clean but feels sticky if you are walking bare feet. I felt the refrigerator was not clean enough and the microwave glass had serious liquid streak. Kitchen was stocked but this……

“Our group did a 3-day weekend fishing trip in Oconto. The 'KK Lodge' cabin is in a perfect location from the boat launch. We had ample space for parking and recharging our boat batteries for the next day's trip out on the water. The property is beautiful, has plenty of sleeping areas, and an extremely well-stocked bathroom and kitchen!”

“If you want to get away from the downtown hustle and bustle, this is the place! In a week there, we only saw ducks, geese, one lone swan and two fishermen (once). However within ten minutes you can find wonderful spots to eat or even Christmas shop. I did both!!”

“Had everything we wanted for a quiet retreat. Sitting out in the yard overlooking the lake was delightful. They put a lot of care into the rehab. I hope we can visit again!”

“Our trip was great. The house is small and is probably better for a summer getaway, than a winter one, but we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. The game room was fun, although some of the things were broken. The mattresses in the bunk bed room were super comfy. My one recommendation would be to pay very close attention to the pictures. I guess I didn't because I didn't realize there wasn't really a couch if you used the second bedroom, just a couple of chairs and……

A few amenities could use some updating (the living room couch and love seat are showing their age and the dining room table could really use more chairs for a house that hold 14), but overall the spot is just beautiful and we appreciate the opportunity to stay.”
