  • Ten Mile Haus B9 is a Value rated, "Ski-in/Walk-out", 1 Bedroom 1 Bath residence with fantastic forest views! This 610 sq. ft. condo sleeps 4 people. In the Bedroom there is a Queen Size Bed and a walk-in closet. The Living Room is furnished with a Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, Gas Fireplace, 40 inch TV, Ipod Port and a Dining Area Table. The Full Size Kitchen rounds out this cozy unit and its amenities. The building provides Free WiFi, Community Laundry Facilities and Parking. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. Ten Mile Haus B9 is perfect for a small family or anyone looking for a great value right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72677 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.
