「I would say it was an acceptable stay for the price in Summit County but left a lot to be desired. Many things broken in room: smoke detector had battery removed, drains in both shower and sink missing. Furniture worn out and damaged, stains on carpet, blood stain on one of pillow cases.
All that said, location is excellent and price is decent. While I'm cost-driven, I probably won't stay again. I'd rather drive further or pay a bit more.」

「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here! 「Lana helped answer some questions before our stay and was super helpful checking us in. The rest of the staff was super friendly and we ended up thinking this place was awesome for the price and location, will certainly be back again! 」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night.
We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
