Great location, Great views, Super Cozy and Steps from the village

This is a great spot right in the heart of Copper Village, literally steps from every amenity. And besides it being incredibly convenient, the condo has everything one could need for a wonderful alpine vacation. Fully stocked kitchen (everything brand new, which is rare in a a ski town rental), super clean, the coziest beds and living area with a fire place and lots of games and puzzles for the days where you simply can't hike or ski anymore and just need to kick up your feet with a hot tea or glass of wine. So easy to unwind looking at the gorgeous views out that huge window in the living area. Would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back ourselves.

Great location near American Eagle/American Flyer lifts. Comfortable beds, great fireplace. Parking was great once we found the assigned spot (on the backside of the building). A little tricky to find the key pick-up location. Wish there were clearer instructions and/or maps for key pickup and parking spot location. Would be even more awesome if there was hot tub access. Sauna was ok.

Perfect for our family of 4! Comfy beds, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a stocked game & puzzle cabinet. Loved that we could walk right to the lifts. Would definitely stay here again!

Good spot

The condo was small but had a good layout. The tiniest bathroom ever! Thankfully, the laundry is across the hall from the apartment - it was 3 steps to it so that was a huge help as we always have stayed with in-condo laundry. This was almost as good. I appreciated getting responses quickly from vacasa. We've never used them before. We thought it was strange we weren't allowed to use the ski locker. We had to leave the skis and poles in our car - not a big deal but something to know.

Poor communication

The property was very clean. Not as big as the pictures make it look. The bathroom is tiny, and there’s no cable. Communication with the management company was poor, we intially reached out about toiletries and finally heard back two days later. We were offered late check out for a fee of course and was later cancelled and of course the management company couldn’t do anything about it. All while the apt was vacant that day, could’ve been an easy fix. My advice is rent a property where there is accountability and someone you can speak to directly. The place wasn’t worth the nightly rate and all the extra add on fees.
