We just returned from an incredible weekend at River Ridge’s property in Copper Mountain, and I can’t say enough good things about it. This was our second stay here, and it certainly won’t be our last!The house was the perfect setting for a cozy family getaway — we spent our days playing games, soaking in the beautiful mountain views from the hot tub, and enjoying quality time together. The location is ideal too: we went on some amazing hikes surrounded by Colorado’s stunning late-fall colors, and spent a day exploring the charming nearby towns of Frisco and Breckenridge, both just a short drive away.Everything about the property is so well thought out — it’s spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a relaxing mountain escape. River Ridge always goes above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, and it shows.If you’re looking for the perfect home base for a mountain adventure or just a peaceful weekend retreat, look no further. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!

Communication was efficient. Received a guest book with all the need-to-knows. The house sits on a gorgeous location, the views are incredible. The amount of rooms was just enough for the 22 of us. Loads of options for keeping some of the families with little ones together and those who traveled as a couple as well. Kitchen was missing salt and pepper but luckily we brought our own. Almost just enough with the pots and pans. We made our own instant coffee with hot water in kennel. There was a large coffee dispenser which was dirty but that’s okay we didn’t need it. The floors

Fabulous Rendezvous

From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)

Summer Vacation with Work Family

An amazing property

This was a perfect place to stay we had enough room for all 14 family members. Memories to last a life time. I had issues with the theater (human error) however the young man who works for the property was extremely helpful he drove to the house to walk us through it. The customer service was amazing. We will book again.

The home is spectacular with every amenity you could want for a ski vacation. Ski in / ski out for all ability levels and a wonderful ski locker area with plenty of room for ski equipment for out entire group. The on-site service was spectacular and responsive immediately with any concern. It was the most wonderful ski vacation for all of the families! Thank you VERY much for such a fantastic experience.

Somehow even better than the photos, we loved having multiple rooms to hang out in including the game room and theater room. It's beautiful, roomy and functional. We spent a lot of time on the back porch, used the firepit, the hottub and the theater room. The hosts were outstanding and very responsive. A great trip.

Excellent ski in/out with plenty of room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for a 40th bday celebration with our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We had more than enough space. Plenty of additional gathering space between the pool table room and expansive great room. We did have a heating failure the last night we stayed there (woke up very chilly). The team was very responsive to our messages all week. They decided to address the heat after we left as the sun heats the house well during the day and they kindly refunded a portion of our last night as compensation for the issue. The elevator was very helpful in getting things from the lowest level to the kitchen/ski storage area. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Everyone had plenty of space to spread out when desired. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was superb. The elevator made bringing in groceries and luggage much easier. It is ski in/out but there is also a shuttle you can call to pick you up directly at the house. The only thing I would suggest is to supply humidifiers in the rooms.

Great rental house, and great rental company!

The layout is quite unique but still high-end, and all our friends and family were quite impressed. The kids loved the theater room, and the adults loved the pool-table and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked with a huge fridge, which is good because we 18 mouths to feed. The backyard area was very pleasant, with great views, and we were often found outside circling the fire pit.The fine folks at River Ridge rentals responded very quickly to a couple minor issues, and were absolutely a delight to work with.Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic and well equipped property. Our party enjoyed it all! Hot tub, fire pit, billiards room, chess table. While we were out and about during the day, we gathered each night for a meal at the property. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of dishes and utensils, large frig and freezer, with supplemental refrigerator space. Drip coffee maker, plus Keurig for our regular, half caff and decaf members. Also, plenty of towels, especially handy for using the hot tub on the cool evenings. The view was great, we loved seeing the sun come over the mountains in the morning. Easy walk to the Copper Village where activities such as bike rentals or the mountain coaster could be arranged. Staff was very responsive and proactive with information. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Home for Our Family Reunion!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was thrilled with this beautiful home we choose for our 2024 reunion. First of all, the elevator was a huge help in getting all the groceries up from the garage and bags to our rooms. The great room was perfect and the views from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. And the multi-level layout kept us together and yet gave us privacy as well. The theater was delightful for watching movies and football games. We all loved the pool room and grandsons enjoyed the chess table as well. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to make meals for the 16 of us. The hot tub was delightful and we loved the trifold doors to the patio. I was extremely pleased with how kind and responsive the River Ridge Management Company was. Would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it for others as well. Just wish we could go during ski season--would be awesome!

Great stay and location, but Not up to the mark

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant, and the location was fantastic, allowing us to have a wonderful time with friends and family. The amenities were impressive, with plenty of bathrooms and spacious living areas for both kids and adults to enjoy. The staff was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions and concerns through chat.However, a few details fell short of our expectations. The sheets and beds didn’t feel as clean as we would have liked, with some pet hair present, making us unsure if they had been properly washed. Additionally, couple of the restrooms lacked locks, which was a bit challenging, especially with kids. Some sliding doors didn’t close securely, leaving gaps that compromised privacy. The pool table could also use some updating, as the felt and cue sticks were worn.With a few improvements in these areas, this home could easily reach a 5-star standard. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Snow Manor Mansion is a beautiful and incredibly comfortable home which was perfect for our 18 person stay for a wedding weekend. The check in and checkout process was super efficient and easy. Communication was outstanding with River Ridge Rentals and would highly recommend this to anyone interested in staying at Copper Mountain with a large group. Being all together in such a comfortable and nice home was incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Snow Maker Manor! The property is absolutely gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The daily check-ins from River Ridge Rentals made it feel like resort-level service, which was so impressive.We especially loved the private movie theatre. It was such a fun and unique experience and the breathtaking views from the hot tub and patio. From morning coffee outside to relaxing evenings, everything about our stay was unforgettable.The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to the village of Frisco and Copper Mountain, where we enjoyed shopping, walking, and the beautiful summer weather, yet still private and peaceful with stunning mountain views.We highly recommend this property and would love to return!
