“WiFi only in Lobby, not in guest room. That’s no good.”

“Clean, decent property.”

“I booked this as it’s my birthday week. The owner was friendly, greets us every time we arrive. When we arrived he apologised as there’s a glitch where he can’t find our booking, but he still entertain us and gave us a free upgrade. We love the place and it’s a memorable experience, got a power outage for a day too. Well even there’s an unexpected power outage he still cares very much offered us waters and apologised for it. There’s a generator but electrical issue, not a big deal. Lastly got a……

“We (parents and two kids) stayed there for four nights in August 2026. We got there from Nadi by taxi. We received a three bedroom apartment with a master bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with absolutely everything one needs. Everything in the apartment is brand new and of excellent quality. They also have a nice , not too big pool, but for the kids it was a super attraction. The manager, Mr Junior was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. He helped us with tours and……

“The property was beautiful, as were the people. I had no issues or complaints about the property or people. The reason for only 3 stars is location. The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach. You will need to travel a few miles down the road.”

“Nice place. Great value”

“Love the spacious of the home and security so friendly and kept us feel safe all the time. I have no hesitation returning to this property again in the future.”

“We stayed in the deluxe room the room was absolutely filthy moldy bath mat no hot water our bed mattress foam was so old it was crumbling when touched smelt awful and the slates where all broken kids bunk beds mattress was so thin literally was comfier on the floor. All tea and coffee was so old it was stuck together and unable to be used. Person that was there literally was on his phone most of the time and was not able to communicate with us successfully and blamed my family for the damage. I……

Waking up to ocean views every morning and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made for a truly unforgettable experience. One of the highlights was having a personal chef. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation. “Our stay at Seascapes Holiday Home in Maui Bay on Viti Levu was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly experience the beauty of Fiji.Gavin, the owner, greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality, making us feel at home from the very beginning. On our first evening, he even invited us to dinner, where he shared stories about the local area,……

“This was an AWESOME spot, the host and chef service was GREAT. This was an AWSEOME stay I abosolutely love the villa but there are a few issues that need to be addressed. The outdoor furnishings are disgusting and soiled and this is from long term use, bed linen and towels are very worn and mildew and blood were found on pillows, the floors have not been swept in a long time and dusting, forget about it. Cleaning and maintenance seems minimal, light switches broken, weather strip missing from……

“Very clear, good location. ”
