"NOTE: When staying here, if you are planning a staycation or renting a car, valet is not included with your stay and they generally did not have any information about the best place to park your vehicle. Most of the employees said they didn't know... I actually did not have a beach view AT ALL, it was the view of the bayside which isn't terrible, but definitely not what was paid for. I was promised a free bottle of wine but I never received it. I asked the desk about it and they said they ran out, which inherently was no problem, but I was ensured that I would receive it before I checked out on Sunday. I followed up about it Saturday night and to no avail... (and didn't get it at checkout either). At times, when calling the front desk from the room phone, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. I eventually hung up and someone finally answered when I called the front desk from my personal cellphone. The pool was really nice and relaxing and the gym facility was amazing. And despite the view not being what I paid for, the room was really nice and clean. I never got to experience the spa because they were "overbooked." In the end, I still had a decent stay despite the lack of help or knowledge from the staff. The best staff member I came in contact with was the bellman Mingyar, when I was checking out. He was super nice, conversational and very helpful when it came to packing car and telling us the best place to pull up on the side of the hotel. "

"I called the front desk the day before our arrival to tell them one, we would be very late getting there AND the debit card they had on file had been cancelled due to our account being hacked and I would be paying in cash. I was told that was no problem. We got there at 3:00 am only to be told our reservation had been cancelled due to the declining of the card and the time and now they had no availability. Not acceptable at all."
