The villa is just a five-minute drive from Ile Rousse and 30 minutes from Calvi, with easy access to more beaches and dining options. A coastal train, the Trinichellu, offers a scenic way to explore the area. Villa Roc e Fiore shares a driveway with another villa but remains otherwise independent.
Layout
The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a double bedroom with a 180cm bed and a twin bedroom with two 90cm beds, both of which lead to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a WC.
