「We really enjoyed our staff! Rooms are nicely decorated, from the hotel photos we thought it would be a grungier design, but we were relieved to find that this was not the case. The hotel parking can be a nightmare when it is almost full, as parking slots are very small. Kitchenware is new and expansive. We appreciated the friendliness of staff.」

「The room was spacious and had all the cooking equipments you need. However, if you are travelling from somewhere far and have heavy luggage’s, I would not suggest you to choose this place because it has no lifts while there are lots of stairs to climb. It would be a nightmare if you haven’t got a car to store your belongings. Luckily we did so we could just bring what we needed to the room. I can’t imagine someone has to go up all the stairs with their luggages.」

But the process of getting the keys which were on another street in another building that had a really creepy dark storage room with lockboxes that were hard to access and poorly lit… that was not a great way to start my visit.
