Fishermans Cottage: Private pool, a/c, near beach

Fishermans Cottage is a cosy cottage with a private pool with great character, located close to Avlaki Beach in the popular area of Kassiopi, in a quiet location, within walking distance to the local amenities and 100 metres from the sea. The Cottage features a lovely private pool with sunny terraces and nice gardens, and it is air-conditioned.
It is all on one level, next to an olive grove, and it can accommodate a family of three (one person will be accommodated on a bunk bed) in two bedrooms, one bathroom and a private pool.

Layout
The small garden gate opens to a stone-paved terrace and the entrance, which leads into an open plan living area, galley kitchen and dining table.
At the back of this space, there are two bedrooms and a shower room. One of them is double and the second a small single with a bunk bed. Curtains separate the bedrooms from the living area.
Lush greenery and flowers surround Fishermans Cottage, which ensures relative privacy. Both terraces – front and back – are stone-paved and remain sunny most of the day.
The private pool ( width: 5m x 4m) nestles at the back of the Cottage. It is fenced with bushes to ensure the best possible privacy. The water is accessible via a metal pool ladder.

The Location
Fishermans Cottage is in an idyllic countryside area outside Kassiopi, with unlimited hiking options. It is perfect for those who love walking or exploring the pristine countryside. The beach is about a hundred meters away, and a car is not essential.
