Sunset House is Corfu rental property with a private pool located off the main road between Karousades and Sidari, with stunning sea and sunset views. The house is a 45 minutes drive from Corfu airport and a short drive away from Sidari. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to six (6) people, who can be accommodated in three (3) comfortable bedrooms.
This rental house overlooks the open sea all the way up to the small islands of Mathaki, Othonoi and Erikousa. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, it is close to Yialos Beach and features an 8mx5m swimming pool, lovely balconies and terraces towards the sea.

Layout

Sunset House is split into two levels.
A small driveway, coming from the main road, leads to the front large terrace and private parking underneath the house's balcony. The main entrance opens into the ground floor through a few steps.
It features an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely decorated sitting and dining area. The front balcony enjoys unobstructed sunset views of Sidari Beach and the open sea.
There is also a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the balcony in this area.
An interior wooden staircase lands onto the upper level, which houses a second double bedroom (the master), a twin and a common bathroom. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with balcony access and have lovely views. The double bedroom has its own walking closet.

Outdoors

Olive trees surround the charming Corfu house, and it is tacked almost inside an olive grove.
The views are exceptional. Sunset House boasts one of the best angles to a sunset view in the area.
Balconies and furnished terraces for dining al fresco run at the front of the house to take advantage of the elevated position and the distance sea views.

Access and Parking

Access is through a small driveway. There is a private parking space available underneath the front balcony. There is also plenty of parking for two more cars.
