would book the accommodation again

We booked the houses for early May 2025...and were absolutely thrilled. Everything was exactly as described, whether it was the amenities, the location, or anything else. Without exception, every one of us would book the accommodation again...many thanks to the landlord and everyone who was regularly there to make our vacation in the houses and on the property unforgettable!

Property was immaculate. Well equipped. Very peaceful. The addition of some pool umbrellas would have made it perfect. Everything else was so good it still warranted 5 stars.

Absolutely wonderful place

I cannot fault this villa, it was everything we expected and just what we needed. Tranquil, quiet, top quality, wonderful see and mountain views, beautiful pool and grounds. Slightly difficult Road to negotiate and definitely need a car but well worth the effort to get to where it is.

Highly recommended!

Thea Estate exceeded our expectations and is even more beautiful than on the pictures. It was also absolutely sparkling clean! The estate is very spacious and the views are stunning. A perfect place to relax with friends and family! The host is incredibly responsive and when we had an electricity problem on Saturday night (!) he sent an electrician who arrived within 15 minutes of me contacting the host. Highly recommended!

Big villa with an even bigger view

Fabulous view and a quiet location high above Kassiopi. The houses are comfortable and spacious with pretty courtyards filled with olive and fruit trees as well as a great BBQ bar and pool terrace with a fabulous view to the sea and Albanian mountains beyond. The only noise is cicadas, it’s very peaceful. Perfect layout as our adult children and there partners enjoyed one house whilst we had the other giving our group space and flexibility. We love Corfu, Kassiopi and the Thea Estate. Thank you.

Great Estate!!

What a fabulous place. We were 8 friends celebrating a birthday and it couldn't of been more perfect. Every detail has been thought through and was super comfortable, private and felt like home after day one. We even had massages in the olive grove and the pool area with the bar and fridge were perfect. The road up to the estate is great fun albeit first time may be a little scary. Kassiopi is a fabulous village and Nico's grocery store is awesome - you can email them and they will deliver, they even put everything in the fridge for us before we arrived. Perfect Holiday!

We would definitely go back

Beautiful place. Gorgeous surroundings. We had a wonderful week in the sun. Views were amazing. Road up to the house was a bit white knuckle in places but once you were there it was all forgotten. We had a Nissan juke and it managed fine. Kassiopi was also fantastic - had everything we needed, lovely beaches (pebbly), shops, food markets, friendly locals and the coastal views were beautiful. Host was great, electric problem one morning which also affected the water pump. Very responsive to messages and within a couple of hours it was sorted with an electrician calling in to replace a part. We would definitely go back - we loved our stay.

Great property with amazing view and pool

Me and my friends had an amazing time in this villa in Kassiopi. The two houses were perfect for 7 people, each room had its own bathroom which was definitely a plus. It was clean and we got everything we needed, towels and bed sheets. The kitchen was equipped enough for us to cook whatever we wanted. One of the highlights for us, was definitely the view as well as the pool area with a dining table, a grill area and a refrigerator. One thing to be careful about is the drive up to the villa. It's serpentines going up a small way. But we made it with our VW Transporter so it's manageable for sure. The cleaning lady came by once during our one week trip which ensured a clean house. We definitely recommend!

Holiday Corfu

House and Location was very good but the street to the house was very bad. Here some points they hopefully can help for improvement A recommendation for a Jeep would be nice. We had noise from construction. They also damaged the street more and more. Not all Equipment mentioned was available, e.g Pizza oven, dryer Less Kirchen Equipment. Only one pan for both houses and 4 plates in main house. We had a beatiful stay and would also recommend the property or book again.

Villa Thea is really amazing. So much space, the view is breathtaking and there is a great outdoor kitchen and bbq. It’s so comfertable and we loved it here so much. You can easily walk down to the village which has loads of restaurants it’s 30 minutes down hill, but we always got a taxi back up which was about 15 EUR. I would just advise that guests need to buy their own coal, fire lighters and matches, as we didn’t have any and there isn’t shops close by (you would need to go to the village). There also wasn’t oil, salt, pepper on arrival so we couldn’t cook easily, but they did bring some the next day Overall an amazing stay and highly recommend. The pool is great and the whole estate is stunning. Thank you!

Super schöne Villa, in einer besonderen Umgebung!

Check-in und Check Out liefen reibungslos. Unterkunft super schön und super sauber. Aussicht ist ein Traum. Der Ort kassiopi in der Nähe ist wunderschön und der Supermarkt 6min. entfernt, bringt alles mit sich. Weg zur Villa ist ein kleines Abenteuer, ohne Mietwagen geht nichts. Vor Ort fehlten Kleinigkeiten wie Gesellschaftsspiele oder Salz und Pfeffer aber das ist meckern auf deutschem Niveau. Wir würden sofort wieder mit Eos buchen! (7 Freunde)

Très belle villa

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de la villa qui domine la mer. Les espaces sont spacieux et bien équipés. La piscine avec vue sur mer est bluffante. Les services inclus sont très appréciables aussi ( ménage, renouvellement du linge de toilette, gestion des déchets) Le gérant est très efficace tant dans la clarté des informations fournies que dans la réponse aux questions posées. Très satisfait de notre séjour.

Fabulous Villa!

This villa has everything - such a wonderful view, lovely outdoor seating and dining at the side of a beautiful pool, and it is completely on its own. The two houses have been sympathetically converted, and the outside space is really well landscaped and planted out. The olive press itself is a thing of real beauty. The house was sparkling clean. Unusually for a holiday villa, it has been very well equipped for those who want to cook at home. The outside barbecue area is lovely, and there's an extra fridge there for drinks. Mind you, having the two kitchens - one in each house - makes things tricky rather than easier, so we ended up moving most of the equipment into the main house. Lovely bathrooms and showers, great bedlinen and the mid-week change and clean is most welcome. Thoroughly recommended. Admittedly the road to the villa is a bit daunting the first time you do it in a hire car, but the locals career up and down it, so you learn to too! Pity we hit a duff week of weather in late September, but we can't blame the villa for that.

Beautiful Kassiopi and Thea Estate

Pictures don't do the property justice. The Thea Estate is extremely private, comfortable and houses well maintained. Views across the bay to Albania, olive grove gardens and lots of space. Outdoor kitchen and bar area with fridge is a great addition as we spent most of the time outdoors. Pool maintained regularly and cleaning schedule advised in advance along with late checkout option greatly appreciated. Access is an issue if not used to single width dirt track, winding roads bringing you to the 800ft elevated position of the estate. We had a people carrier for 7 adults which struggled with the deep potholes, warn away path and driving elevation of the road. This was not made evident in the property details as we assumed we could walk the 3km in and out of town. You need a 4x4. Taxis are reluctant to visit and cost 50 return trip in/out of town 3km away. Once you know that it's a very worthwhile visit.

This villa is too good to be true

This villa is too good to be true !! And its even better when you wake up in the morning and see the view from the front door - Ionian see and Albanian mountains . I could not rate this property high enough . Its modern enough to feel comfortable , however it still has that charming Greek culture in it . The road to the villa is quite bumpy ! So we would suggest that you hire a bigger car . We had a Hyundai Santa Fe and it did the job perfectly! Lenka and Stefanos was most accommodating. We will definitely return to this beautiful villa.
