"The hotel is very large and the parking lot is very busy because it is also for a restaurant and for leaving vehicles for an airplane trip. Finding a space is a challenge. The room was very well maintained and functional. The sheets and quit were fine. The people at the desk were helpful. They have a map of the place available and I needed it. The lack of breakfast, both free and pay, means that I bought what I needed at a supermarket and I suppose Uber Eats is a solution. I would stay again. The price was fair and cancellation policy had no tricks. And there is no resort charge. We were traveling on Amtrak at Depew station, which is farther than the airport and the hotel shuttle doesn't include the Amtrak station. But the train station has plenty of free parking so we parked there and went on our train trip. "

"Room was very clean shower curtain rod I noticed was leaning and bent when I checked into the room you would take a shower and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and when I checked in the floor was very sticky and it looked like there was coffee stains on the floor that wasn’t mopped"

"Clean, spacious rooms, amazingly friendly staff, free airport shuttle was amazing. The downfall, no restaurant/bar, but there are places in the area and the shuttle will take you and pick you up. "

"A late night weekend check-in was a little protracted as the check in clerk was obviously new but ultimately got it done. The continental breakfast was self serve, but nontheless one of the best continental breakfast offerings I've encountered. The room was clean, odor free. Bathroom needed a little more TLC but was otherwise OK. Staff was great, and did their best to accomodate any need. Just short of excellent for a room in it's price class."

"The front desk staff is great! The rooms are clean. The kitchen staff not as friendly. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. The microwave plate didn’t spin & the heat/ac made a loud clanking noise. Over all I love staying at Sleep Inn hotels. I picked this one specifically because of my previous great experience with them. "

"I have stayed the last few nights here and the staff has been so kind. The gentleman that checked me in the first night was very kind and friendly. Very professional too. I am probably going to butcher her name but i think its amrosia is very friendly kind and enjoyable to talk with. The house keeping has also seemed very kind. Great staff and location to stay when you need a room."
