“I had a very disappointing experience staying here. Late in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. We contacted the property and were told someone would come within the hour to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and there was no follow-up communication. We then had to repeatedly message and call for updates, with most attempts going unanswered. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually told—close to midnight—that the only option available was to move……

“Property is in great shape. Location is handy. Pretty quiet. In my jet lag condition, I struggled with the entry system. I received an immediate and helpful response.”

“We stayed here early may and I have to say it was ideally located for everything. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We did have a problem working out how to use the quite dated oven but after trial and error and turning on and off witches we worked it out. The staff was extremely helpful and helped answer most of our questions quickly. If you have heavy cases then you may struggle to get them up the steps and to the top floor of the apartment where we stayed……

“A/c was effective. Kitchen cutlery ok. The condition of the bathroom is poor with broken shower door . The boiler can fail to heat the water on some occasions. The apartment is missing cabinets, wardrobes and shelves.”
