“I had a very disappointing experience staying here. Late in the evening, we discovered there was no hot water in our room. We contacted the property and were told someone would come within the hour to fix the issue. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and there was no follow-up communication. We then had to repeatedly message and call for updates, with most attempts going unanswered. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually told—close to midnight—that the only option available was to move……
