“Amazing Villa that couldn’t be closer to the sea. We swam in it so much having the pool too, we were spoilt for choice. Matparti village with all its taverna’s and shops are all walkable and there are numerous options along the beach too. Chris is an amazing host who couldn’t be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend. ”

“Très belle villa , très agréable avec de grandes pièces bien distribuées .La décoration est parfaite ,tout comme la climatisation . Nous étions 10 personnes dont 4 enfants , qui avons particulièrement appréciés êtres les pieds dans l'eau. La localisation est dans un coin charmant , au calme , neanmoins assez proche des restautants et commerces .”

“We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ami! Our group consisted of two families with 5 children aged between 8 - 12. The villa is 10/10 location, 10/10 cleanliness/facilities and an all-around 10/10 experience. It occupies a lovely spot with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Everything you need is within a few minutes walk, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Alex and George were so friendly and warm and Andrea is a true gem! We felt so welcomed and looked after during our stay. Nothing was too……

“Great location and property. Views were stunning, Property was well located to local shop and bakery and some lovely tavernas also pay a visit to Midnight cocktails at bottom of the hill, amazing pizzas and cocktails. They even made mocktails for the children. Local shops had essentials but if you’re on a budget with a large family group best to stop at bigger supermarkets enroute which are closer to the airport. There was a great butchers in Ipsos, if your barbecuing. We thought there would be……

“The area of Nissaki is super beatiful, it was a lovely break! The view from the apartment was fantastic, best bit about the stay. Rooms; twin was lovely. The aircon great and quiet. Front double was okay. The aircon not so strong but the balcony doors and view certainly made up for it. Beds were firm but comfy. Needed extra pillows for sure. Bathroom was great! Water pressure and warmth all good. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was okay, everything you need for a basic stay. The only……

“The Villa had everything you needed.It was spotless and comfortable for a family.Very efficient air con in the bedrooms .The pool was sparkling and the kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were firm but comfy ,linen was regularly changed . Fantastic location.”
