「We hated to leave. The villa was more beautiful and spacious than the pictures led us to believe, and we felt so welcomed by Gabriella. It was if we were staying with family or friends, not as strangers. We struggled with getting there (our fault, due to a typo in the GPS) but Gabriella was so kind and patient with us. When we finally made it she was waving to us from the gate, what a welcome sight. She gave us a tour, showed us everything, and had some little welcome gifts for us as well! ...

「Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano 」

「The location is perfect .Modern, spacious, clean, super bright and comfortable rooms.
Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops .
Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas.
The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport.
The owner/host is so kind and helpful and always ready to help when needed.
And also provided free coffee, biscuits, water, crackers as well in the apartment.

「Eine ideale Örtlichkeit zum Entspannen, charmant und ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchen könnte, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter stehen einem bei allen Fragen zur Seite.Wenn man schlank ist hat man kein Probleme sich in der Duschkabine zu erfrischen. 「The apartment is very adequate for 2 people. We did enjoy eating on the terrace while the sun was setting.The village is lovely and very calm, there is a nice footpath setting of the village climbing up to the Mount Clivio through the forest.」

「Perfect for touring!! 1 minute to the train station! I went to Lugano Switzerland 2 days. Then 2 days walking 7 minutes to Lake Como, its historical sites and access to all of the Lake Como boat tours! Then took the train to Milano 2 days all while staying in this beautiful apartment! I’d rate all 5s but unfortunately there was a problem with one of the 3 keys to the door locks that was repaired promptly. I’d stay here again when returning. I Love Como!! Questions? 」

「整體算整潔，但是電器使用的總電壓的有點限制，如果使用洗碗機+IH爐+快煮壺，就會跳電，以及房間是在三樓，需要扛行李到三樓，這兩項是對旅行人稍微不便的地方，其他部分都很好」

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
