"Did not use the laundry room. The staff was friendly. The pool was closed. If the pool is closed, why is that not listed on the website when booking?! This is so annoying. The hotel needed repairs. The room was spacious and clean. When in the shower, if someone turned on the sink the water immediately went cold; that was great. "

"Roaches in the room and no breakfast despite the hotel advertising it. The room looked recently updated, but the clothing rack fell off the wall and both the TV and coffee maker didn’t work. I have photos documenting these issues. I hope management will address these problems and consider a refund given the condition of the room and the missing advertised amenity. "

"I loved this place! It was clean, great location and amenities. My family and I felt so relaxed and comfortable. The room was luxurious and we had a fun time at the pool. The staff was very friendly and I loved that they had a restaurant next door if we got hungry during the stay. 10/10 would come back here again"

"This was one of the nicest, home feeling hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The courtyards, fire pits, seating, wooden decks, etc all were great. The restaurant on site had the BEST breakfasts for a hotel that we had ever had. I will be here again next year for our event across the street at the convention center. No doubt."

"Clean and nice room. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not awful. The fact that we were there 5 days and the tv wouldn't work was bad. Maintenance never came to fix it. It's a non smoking facility but they were allowing our neighbors to smoke Marijuana and burn incense to give the smell. Made me nauseous and get a migraine. When speaking with the office, their solution was for us to move to a different room on a different floor. That was a huge inconvenience. Would like to have booked to stay for another trip but after the issues, doubtful. "

"rooms were cozy and very clean have a cute little outdoor sitting/eating area very pretty mural on the side of the patio area and comfortable low music playing in the lobby to make you feel welcome and peaceful after traveling or being out all day "

"Nice place to stay, very surprising hotel. Two restaurants on site, breakfast is nothing special but the typical few options. Staff are very professional and courteous. I would recommend and stay here again. "
