New Sea Side Villa with private pool and great views. Amazing for families

Villa Sofiko is a unique private villa 220 m2 in a magnificent and quiet area of Soligia. Brand new villa, with a modern aesthetic and cool ambience. 1 minute walking from beautiful turquoise waters, Villa Sofiko is the perfect choice for relaxing and romantic vacation. The swimming pool is with seawater and guests can relax on sunbeds and enjoy an outdoor dining experience under the shade. An outdoor barbeque is provided for all your culinary needs. There is a variety of beautiful beaches very close to the villa at walking distance.

Villa Sofiko is 30 minutes drive from Ancient Epidavros and 50 minutes from beautiful historical Nafplion. From Athens International Airport the Vila is located 125 km with easy access.

The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is on the 1st floor. The kid's bedroom and a guest bedroom with 2 single beds are also located on the 1st floor. Each room has its own bathroom, and there is also a toilet on the ground floor near the living room. The 3rd bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a large wooden table where you can sit at least 8.
Large sitting room with great views outside of the garden, pool and sea. There is also a fireplace for cool autumn/winter nights. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning.

Outside is a lovely garden with beautiful colours, the pool, and places to sit and enjoy the summer days. The colourful hummock by the pool makes it even more relaxing.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our tenants is of at most importance. We are therefore equipped the house with masks, sanitation liquids. The house is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectants so that you can enjoy your vacation in a healthy and safe environment. Daily cleaning can be arranged at your preference with an extra cost.

Lovely house on a peaceful coast

We stayed for a fortnight in August 2022. The house was lovely - very stylish and airy, with plenty of room for our family of four (more could be fitted easily). It was very well equipped with some thoughtful touches (eg different scented shower gels in each bathroom). The pool and garden were beautiful, day and night. The region is full of fascinating and beautiful places - we were able to get quite easily to Athens, Corinth, Epidaurus, Nafpoli and Mycenae but still felt that we had only scratched the surface. We can't wait to come back to explore further. Altogether a wonderful holiday. Huge thanks to Alex and Frangos for being so helpful.

Superbe séjour

Cette villa est très agréable avec sa piscine salée. La vue est magnifique. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 adolescents. Bel espace pour tout le monde. Tout l’équipement nécessaire était à disposition. Les conseils du propriétaire sur les restaurants autour étaient parfaits. Et pour finir la petite plate-forme pour se baigner à quelques pas de la maison était très sympa. Il faut juste avoir en tête qu’il faut 25min entre le village et la maison avec une route sinueuse digne de la Grèce!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche verlebt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Alex verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können es sehr für eine ruhige Woche in einer nicht touristischen Gegend in Griechenland empfehlen. Lediglich das Internet ist sehr schwach, falls das wichtig sein sollte.

Wonderful stay !

We had a wonderful week in the villa! The villa is beautiful, very modern and well equipped and the pool is great ; the view is relaxing and impressive! It is a great spot to just relax and go to the beaches nearby or visit the tourist sites not far away. Alex is very caring, always available and made our stay a great experience! Autumn Stay in Sofikos

Peloponnese family vacation

We (4 adults and 4 children) stayed at this villa for a week and had the most amazing experience. We swam in the pool morning, noon and night, walked down to our own turquoise, private lagoon and frequented to nearby beach. The house was super beautiful, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this house. Konstantina was so helpful in recommending restaurants and day trips and local shopping needs. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Séjour exceptionnel dans le Péloponnèse

A stay to remember.

The villa was absolutely very nice. The pool (big) as well as the house itself have an amazing view. The house is great, located in a very nice neighborhood. The owners are very helpful and kind. Whenever we asked for help they did everything to make our life happy. Stone Beach and bay are very close to the house. Taverna is just 5mins drive from house serving fresh fishes:) Hope to be coming back soon...

Un fantastique séjour!

Une maison toute équipée, située dans un environnement enchanteur. La maison dispose d’un terrain superbe, incluant une piscine, qui offre une vue imprenable de la mer. La maison est immaculée, confortable et climatisée. Les hôtes ont été courtois, aidant et disponibles à nos demandes. Il ne faut pas s’attarder au chemin sinueux et étroit qui mène à la maison, elle en vaut totalement le parcours! Nous recommandons fortement cette maison et espérons y revenir un jour.

Great villa, really helpful owners and a great place to relax, getting away from it all

The property is excellent; the views are superb and the owners were in regular touch and very helpful with local tips and advice. Although it's not very close to the nearest town, it's easy enough to get to - down a narrow slightly bumpy road; once you're there you'll appreciate the get-away-from-it-all-feel. The salt-water pool is lovely; good to cool off after a day trip out; and in early August was warm enough for an early morning swim. The villa is a good place to base yourselves for Epidavros, Ancient Nemea, Ancient Corinth and Nafplio too. Most interesting places are about an hour or so away. And the villa is a nice place to stay for a whole day and relax - so you don't feel obliged to go out every day. There are a couple of local restaurants nearby (you need to drive). Otherwise the supermarket is about 20-30 mins away; the fridge and freezer is sufficiently large to stock up for several days if you wish. The sea is literally on your doorstep and there's easy access for swimming from the rocks or down to a secluded pebbly beach. The garage is a good size and lockable - we had a Mercedes A- class, probably best sized for the roads. Though you could fit a bigger car in the garage. The property was spotlessly clean, the cleaners came regularly, the pool was cleaned daily - it's also tastefully decorated - it had a modern, light and airy feel; the air-con worked well so it was comfortable, there's a good stereo with bluetooth a decent TV and comfortable seating. There were sufficient high quality toiletries provided in all the bathrooms, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent etc. And the owners couldn't have been any more helpful. All in all, it was a great place to be with teen kids (because there was wifi and netflix!) and we were happy staying a whole day just relaxing - going out on alternate days.
