“This hotel was perfect for us in every respect. We were greeted on arrival by Andrea and he could not have been more helpful, as he was throughout the rest of our 4 night stay. All of the staff members were friendly, polite and accommodating. The system for breakfast was excellent i.e. selecting requirements in advance, the choices available were extensive. The hotel was charming and full of character in keeping with it's age (built in 1765), be aware there is no lift which was not a problem for……

“The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat. ”
