The Boathouse is located on a much sought-after and exclusive stretch of waterfront at Corlette. The view of the tree-dotted manicured garden reserve, beach and Port Stephens Harbour is simply divine. The picturesque white sandy beach is a calm water harbour beach, ideal for families with little ones. This splendid architecturally-designed duplex takes full advantage of its superb location. The three bedrooms and loft can sleep up to 10 adults and this fabulous beach house is just 5 minutes drive to Nelson Bay’s town centre.

The ground floor consists of the open plan living areas including a kitchen, dining room and lounge room with air-con, TV and a cosy fireplace, which all share the serene sea views, plus there’s a bathroom and a second lounge room with TV. The living areas spill out to the lawn and an undercover patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Conveniently, there’s an outdoor shower and rack to hold your paddle boards. Running parallel with the beach there’s a pathway through the peaceful, lush reserve, perfect for the kids to ride scooters or bikes along. Or, wander 100m along the path to a waterfront children’s playground and the Peppers-owned Anchorage for seaside dining or pampering yourself at the Anchorage’s renowned day spa. Alternatively, take this delightful coastal path and ride or stroll for 4 km into Nelson Bay’s town centre and famous d’Albora Marina. Dolphins are often spotted from the pretty beach and the kids are sure to relish their time exploring, swimming and playing on the beach and waterfront reserve. Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards and make the most of this tranquil beachside locale.

The upstairs consists of three bedrooms, the loft and a shared bathroom. The palatial master bedroom with King bed has soaring curved timber ceiling, air-con, bar-fridge, TV, ensuite and a private balcony with sun loungers, seating and a birds eye view of the leafy parklands and glistening water. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and panel wall heater. The third bedroom has two king-single beds, a ceiling fan and panel wall heater. The loft is accessed by its own separate staircase and is comprised of a queen bed, king-single bed and a trundle suitable for a child.

The Boat House has a laundry with washer and dryer, free WiFi, a single garage and off-street parking for an additional three vehicles. Upon arrival you’ll discover the beds made and towels for your bathrooms.

BOND - A $1500 refundable security deposit due 14 days prior to your arrival.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 adults. The king single and trundle can be used for two children, total 10 maximum guest.

OPTION 1 - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 King singles + 1 King single with (trundle at extra cost)
Additional Extra - trundle Bed: $50.00

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
