"House was ok dusty in parts. The pictures they posted made it seem like it was a private on the river house, it was not. We had to drive and park in the hosts back yard to enter our house. Also the temps for that weekend were in the mid 90’s and they did not turn on the AC until they let us in the house, shouldn’t have been a big deal but if the place is in your backyard kinda think you could have done that. "

"Our family stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was an amazing time. The property is new, spacious, clean, modern with a cozy feel and offers privacy for outdoor fun. We have stayed many places and the Codax Retreat by far is one of the BEST places we have stayed at. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for comfort and optimal fun with their family. :-) "

"This is a perfect little cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. My favorite part was sitting at the end of the dock in a lawn chair, sipping coffee and enjoying a pastry while taking in the peaceful views of the lake near the Yellow River. Will be back for another stay later on this year. "
