"We were a group of 4 people. All of us felt comfortable and loved the cleanliness of the unit. The size is just enough for 4 people. The kitchen is adequately furnished and Don had stocked it up with basic supplies. The bathroom was clean. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The host was great and stayed in touch throughout."

"Stay here. The local lake-front hotel was sold out, so we went to VRBO (first time we have used the site for a Finger Lakes rental). Great location. Close to Watkins Glen and the east side Seneca Lake wineries. Our unit was very clean. Good/easy communication with host. We shall return."

"We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there."

"This place has a great location. The neighborhood is safe and so quiet. All of the beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is that this is not the entire house. We were surprised there is an upstairs apartment. We did not see any mention of this in the narrative. The folks upstairs were quiet, so it was fine. Also, it stated there was a hot tub and sauna, which there were not. Not a big deal for us and we we still enjoyed ourselves."

"The unit is an addition above the garage. Everything was done using IKEA furnishings. It was comfortable and cute, but a little bit pricey, based on the finishes. There was homemade pierogis and desserts for sale in the freezer, which was a nice touch. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with."

"We stayed during the off season (April) and loved the location of this place to some of our favorite wineries! It's also a quick trip into Watkins Glen. The place itself was quirky with a fully stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We saw the owners a few times and they are incredibly friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Other reviews complained about the beds but we didn't mind them at all. The living space was perfect for our two kids to play."

"The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete"

"My son and I had a great stay! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It is within walking distance to 3 wineries and two or three restaurants. Very close to Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and Finger Lakes National Forest. We also visited Geneva, Seneca Falls, Ithaca, and Taughhannock State Forest."
