“The whole place was clean ans smelled good. Had to contact with a question about extra kids. Very pleasant and accommodating”

“This place was newly remodeled and clean. Very well appointed. Plenty of fresh towels. Great Roku TV. Just a 5 min walk to CMOG. It's also a pretty short walk to downtown. Would definately stay here again.”

“Barb was super welcoming and the house was very nice. We really enjoyed getting to meet the goats!”

“April and her home were amazing to us, would recommend 100%”

“Quiet, cozy home. The house was very clean and accommodating when we arrived. There were many thoughtful things left for our use if needed. Including kitchen and bathroom items. Plenty of games and movies around to keep us entertained. Everything you would need for showers and bedding and it was clean and ready to use. The beds were very comfortable. The pictures do a great job depicting what is available but what you don't know is how quite and peaceful it is there. The neighbors are friendly……

“Yard & property not quite as nice as appeared in photos but however it was a really wet spring so tough to use the yard. The bathtub could use replacing it squeaks loudly while stepping & moving around will wake people up in the adjacent bedrooms. A fire pit in the yard would be nice but overall it is a nice clean house & would stay there again location was good for us.”

“Nice clean property in quiet neighborhood.”

“Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was too short and water was splashing all over the floor. We laid towels down to remedy the situation. Both bathrooms needed the shower curtains replaced as they were very gross. Half of the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was no dishwasher but that was on me since I just assumed there would be one. Other than that the place smelled new when we walked in and the pavilion was AMAZING! Beds were comfortable. We loved the place and enjoyed……

“Everything was clean. Host was responsive. Price was great! Would recommend!”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and relaxing located up on a hill with a view and among trees and farmland. The space is clean and comfortable with a fun vintage vibe. ”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Home is very quaint, clean and comfortable-Hot Tub was a Bonus and we enjoyed it very much. Host was easy to contact. ”

“Samantha was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful!! The location was perfect for our weekend.”

“Was never able to get our room!!!!”

“It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend. The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. Good-sized kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher was not yet hooked up). The cafe……

“My whole family stayed for my wedding in Mansfield. We absolutely loved the houses. We did rent both. We had a fire and an an amazing moon rose over the backyard. The rooms were lovely and kitchen facility was perfect for oyr group to get together for breakfast and lunch before the wedding.”

“Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this stay! The place was immaculate! I loved that I could use the fire places to keep us warm and cozy. Christine was very responsive and added so many nice touches. I highly recommend adding on the second floor massage chairs and salt/light booth! My husband and I stayed here for our week vacation and it was great to hike to the local water falls then spend the evening relaxing. I will be looking to go back for some long weekends!”
