June 2015 Stay

We had a great time at Birds Eye View. Spectacular views from 3rd floor and the pool was a great area for our group. The kids enjoyed the rec room area and movie room and it was nice to have separate floors for adults and the older kids. The amount of stairs to climb between the first floor and the kitchen was tiresome at times and we would have liked to have had bigger non-stick frying pans, more casserole dishes, and more cooking utensils for the size of our group. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still in the house which made me feel like they were rushed and didnt get to deep clean as much as they normally would have, which is why I give cleanliness a 4. Also, there seemed to be a lot of spiders in and around the house. The trolly pick up for the beach is convenient and easy for lugging kids and toys to the beach. Currituck staff was friendly and accommodating. There is a harris teeter right outside of the club entrance, which was also very convenient. It is a clean grocery store with good variety.
