Great Stay In Corolla

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The beach was an easy walk away. Grocery stores restaurants and things for the kids to do all close by. Would definitely book this house again.

Although the house good be beautiful they have a lot of issues. The pool has loose tiles one that actually fell off. This was told to them in another review in October 2024, so I guess they don’t care much just want to get people in a take their money. Disgraceful that they can charge that amount for a house that should be spotless and pristine. Needs a lot of attention. Also the yard is very overgrown and grass needs lots of attention Not very clean. Don’t think windows or inside sliders have ever been cleaned.I am not happy with this house at all.

Disappointment

I dont know where to start. The place was never cleaned. The outside pool are was disgusting. Couldnt use the grill, couldnt sit near the outside tv. Pool coping is falling apart had to watch where you stepped. It seems they didnt have money to mulch or weed the backyard. Had open wires on exterior light. Elevator didnt work for 2 days. Insect issues. Very disappointed. Vents rusting in the ceiling, laminate floors failing in over 6 areas. This was a parade of home house years ago but they have let this go. It needs shut down for 2 weeks and fix the problems. And have a company walk it before they let people rent it !!!!

New year friends get togather

Overall very nice and up to date property , very well designed and equipped , location and cleanliness was awesome . The only issue we had was that main family room sound system was not working and I tried my best to coominicate but got no response and unfortunately that was the center of our new year activities which left a bad taste along with trash fiesco as we checked in the propert LT with 5 trash can full and had no place to put our trash and had to line up the bags outside the trash cans . The day we were checking out did realize that the Corolla wild like has go through the trash bags and trash was all over the road so it took us 1 hrs to recollect the trash and literary had to broom it and rebag it . Overall I would still recommend the property but wish that owner can improve the communication and not just rely of the management company
