Newly built Contemporary Coastal Villa

Buongiorno! ACQUA Di VITA is a newly built (January 2024) 2 beach villa in the luxury resort style community of The Beach Club at Whalehead. Our charming seaside villa offers tranquil upscale amenities, luxury decor and posh comfort.

ACQUA Di VITA is located in the brand new community, "The Beach Club at Whalehead". Our newly built oceanside Villa is right in the heart of Corolla and conveniently situated across the street from the iconic, Currituck Lighthouse. Our oceanside community offers many amenities-

- community heated pool and poolside lounge deck (open May-October-one pool towel per guest is included during your stay).

- a fitness center

- pickleball court

- taco restaurant and bar "The Salty Rim"

- poolside cabanas available to rent which have a teak lounge sofa and/or chairs, teak side table, private TV, curtains, a misting fan and mini outdoor fridge.

- fire pits

- massage therapist available at the Clubhouse within the community

- 2 EV charging stations within the community ( 250 amp plugs) NOTE- guests need to supply the portable EV charging cable.


ACQUA DI VITA which translates to Water of Life, is colorful, vibrant and inspired with beautiful added coastal touches. Our Villa is a two bedroom home with two full bathrooms. The bedrooms have king size beds and bath and linens are included along with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. All bedrooms have TV’s, dressers, nightstands and spacious closets. The couch in the living room is also a sleeper for two. The house can sleep six comfortably. We have an outdoor shower, an outdoor space for relaxing, and a gas BBQ. The kitchen has everything you pretty much need…including additional amenities such as a crockpot, air fryer, Keurig, regular coffee pot, an Italian espresso pot, lobster pot, dinnerware, etc. etc…

A complimentary starter kit is available for your FIRST night which includes -
- one roll of paper towel
- one role of toilet paper for each bathroom (2 rolls)
- one kitchen sponge
- one dishwasher pod
- two kitchen garbage bags
- a few Keurig coffee pods
- a few sugar packets along with a few single serve coffee creamers
- one laundry detergent pod


The kitchen island has area seating for six, and a wine fridge. Washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet. The living room area has a TV and the house of course has wifi. We also have an attached outdoor walk-in closet to store your beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards etc. Our villa does come with 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, a UPF 50+ beach umbrella and a boogie board to enjoy during your stay. There is a parking spot available at our home with additional guest/visitor parking spots throughout the community.

We are walking distance to restaurants, specifically Corolla Light Town Center and very close to the 4x4 beach where you can get a glimpse of the wild horses (5 minutes North of us). The pier to see the tranquil sunsets can be found across the street at the Historic Whalehead Club alongside the Currituck Beach Lighthouse. Fishing, surfing and swimming are just steps away. Corolla has one fully ADA accessible beach access with a ramp for beach wheelchairs. This beach access is located across from the Currituck Beach Lighthouse on Corolla Village Road. This beach access is the beach access our guests would be using. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach. Corolla Surf Shop hosts surfing lessons at our beach, as it is a surfers spot to catch the waves. We are that close to Historic Corolla Village where you can bike walk and/or stroll. It is just a beautiful and peaceful place.

Grocery stores like Harris Teeter, Butcher’s Block and Food Lion are five to ten minutes just south of us. Lighthouse bagels and the Seaside Farm Market are a car ride away (also 5-10 minutes). You can find seafood fresh from the sea at the market as well as fresh local produce and homemade baked goods.

Place was great, very clean and convenient location. I only wish that the lights had dimmer switches. Also, some of the lights had a too high color temperature (they are too blue white instead of a warm white). Overall very satisfying stay though. And the Salty Rim bar just steps away was fun!
