Enjoy the beautiful and oversized pool area with a dozen lounge chairs for soaking in the sun or taking in a quick bite at the picnic table. Relax with a drink at the tiki bar with seating for 5 and includes a beverage refrigerator and charcoal grill for your entertaining experience. Chill out in the gated and covered hot tub. The pool area has its own Bluetooth sound system for your listening pleasure. Walk to the beach through the grotto and your private beach walkway. For the gamesman in the crown, a well appointed horseshoe pit is located on the side.

2027, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/8/27 - 10/10/27

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas will be set up Monday through Friday at this home's private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Special Event Details: (Optional for event/wedding reservations only). The owner of this home MUST approve all events! This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 50 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.
