Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a large gated private pool area complete with hot tub, grilling station, lounging furniture and grassy area to play! Inside you'll find a den with flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, Queen Bedroom with deck access, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD, deck access and ocean views, dining room seating 8 with deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and access to the screened porch with picnic table. Queen Master Bedroom with TV and deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (30 x 15), Hot Tub, 4 TVs, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, outside shower, double charcoal park-style grill, screened porch, books, games, picnic table, basketball hoop and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Great location

The house was great! Love the outdoor space, pool, yard, and decks. Plenty of hammocks and chairs on the decks. Love the open feel inside. Liked the close walk to the beach and able to hear the ocean from the house. Shopping center nearby with mini golf, ice cream, etc.-able to bike to it. Would definitely recommend.
