Book early to enjoy this popular Oceanside home designed to host an incredible vacation, rain or shine! Sunny days you and your guests will enjoy being located on this quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from the beach with the cabana service awaiting you each day. Apres beach, get the blender rolling to enjoy entertaining around the large private pool and deck area featuring a poolside bar. Inside this cheerful, recently redecorated home, you'll find upgrades throughout including hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The amenities of Corolla Light make it easy to find plenty to do rain or shine with the oceanfront clubhouse, outdoor/lap/indoor swimming pools, playground, tennis courts and the fitness center, just a short stroll or trolley ride from this highly desirable location.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with pub tables, plenty of premium deck furniture, a gas grill and a poolside bar with mini-refrigerator, outdoor speakers and utility sink. Carport with fish cleaning table, outside shower and outside loo. Inside you'll find a den that's a great place for kids to hang out with 2 Day Beds, flat-screen TV, full size refrigerator and an ice maker.

Mid Level: Offers a King Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access, a Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access and a bedroom with a Bunk Set, Single and deck access that shares full hall bath with a bedroom with 1 Queen and 1 DuoBunk. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. On the back deck overlooking the pool, you'll find a pergola covered 8 person hot tub with pub seating and deck swing. Laundry area with washer and dryer is located in the hallway.

Top Level: Features a large, open great room with flat-screen smart TV, deck access with ocean views, ship's watch with poker table, half bathroom, beverage bar with Keurig and 2 beverage/wine coolers, dining area with seating for 10, island bar seating for 3 and a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 3. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and full bath.

Extras: Private Pool (29 x 13, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 7 TVs, 2 full-size refrigerators, ice maker, poolside bar, wireless internet, poker table, beach cart, deck swings, furnished decks, fish cleaning table, outside shower & loo, gas grill, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 16. (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No smoking. No pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: 255'. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Beach Cabana Service: The owners of this vacation rental have provided your stay with complementary beach umbrella and chair service on the beach. Included are 1 umbrella and 2 chairs provided by Corolla Beach Rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day at the Corolla Light Oceanfront near the beach access across the street from this homes cul-de-sac. Additional information will be posted in the home.

It Was All Good at IT'S All Good

The house is wonderfully spacious and great for a large group gathering in the open concept kitchen/ Dinning/ Family Room . The pool is lovely and the area has everything for entertaining..lots of seating, hot tub, toilet, refrigerator etc. The bedrooms were nice with 3 masters with baths and lots more sleeping spaces and bathrooms. There are many decks to chill on and enjoy the views. The location on a cul de sac just a short walk to the beach was great! Being part of the Corolla Light Resort included many amenities for all ages and interests! Our family loved it and had a wonderful vacation there.
