T-House

We loved the house. It's as far north as you can go on the 4x4 beach before you hit the Virginia line. The further you go north, the less the activity on the beach. We loved it. Beach is a short walk. House is 2 rows back.

The house was in a great remote location! We had to spend the first night scrubbing the kitchen for mouse droppings on all dishes and utensils. Cleanliness was not the greatest. The house served its purpose and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The T House was everything we hoped for! Very clean and smelled nice and just a short walk the the amazing beach! And the horses visited the house daily! Amazing house, great vacation!

Perfect location, but you are on your own to solve any issues

We've had hard time communicating with location management. Nobody replying to emails/phone calls. When we arrived trash was not cleaned, grill was not usable (very rusty and falling apart - it took us 10 days to replace it with the managers - if we had known, we could have just bought a new one right from the beginning). Issues with freezer and washing machine. No cleaning supplies whatsoever. Bring everything: hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, sanitizers, etc... Otherwise, the location is a dream, the beach is fantastic, hourses come right to your door. We had lots of fun!
