TOP LEVEL:
There are 3 King Master Suites on this level. A large Great Room has plenty of room for sitting and watching TV. The dining area (seats 24) and bar counter (seats 5) of the galley style Kitchen with granite counters. The hallway has a large pantry closet and there's also a half bath. An elevator connects all levels of this home.

MID LEVEL:
On the mid-level, there are 5 King Master Suites, most with deck access, and another King Master Bedroom with a shared bath with an adjoining bedroom that has a Pyramid Bunk Set.

GROUND LEVEL:
The ground level has a full kitchen including a range/oven and a lounge area with large flat-screen TV. Nearby, the Theater Room seats 8 but there's plenty of floor space for young children to sit and watch their favorite movies; everyone will enjoy the state-of-the-art sound system. There's another King bedroom next to a full hallway bath which is handicap-accessible. Down the hall is a bonus room with an armoire (not a built-in closet) which has 2 Pyramid Bunk Sets. This ground floor also has the laundry area, another half-bath and two-car garage.

EXTRAS:
Private saltwater pool (15' hexagon, 8' wide) with outdoor bar and open-sided cabana. A separate hot tub is available for the adults to enjoy. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, and volleyball!
