Perfect for our multiple families

The place was exactly as described on the website. There were toilet issues upon arrival, but they came and resolved it quickly. We were 3 separate families with several young kids between all of us. We felt we had enough space for each family and gave the kids plenty of room to hang out.

Great place considering Covid issues

Nice house in a good community. Because of Covid restrictions, the shuttle didn't run at all. I would have chosen a different location had I known (but of course, none of us could have known!) I felt the house was nice overall.

OBX Retreat

Enjoyed the multiple decks with adirondack chairs which allowed us to get out of the wind and soak up the sunshine. Lots of windows in the great room where we all hung out. Lovely neighborhood. About .8 miles to the beach. Lots of chairs, beach toys, etc. available for use. New flooring recently installed. Beds were very firm. Hot tub was a good size. Easy checkin and checkout. One small issue reported which the management company took care of. Liked have two master bedroom suites. There are dvds, puzzles and games in the family room. My one suggestion would be that the management company provide a hair dryer.

Slam Dunk Vacation

We were very comfortable in the house, would definitely go back again. the gift bags from the realtor were helpful, especially since I didnt think to bring DW detergent lol. This was my first time doing a vacation rental like this so I was a little nervous something would go wrong. But from the first night we felt at home and almostb hated leaving.

Had a great getaway

Great location Nice house! 5 mins to beachb parking. Very spacious well equipped kitchen. BUT be sure to bring all needed cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, dish detergents. Those items are not supplied I would suggest the management check all smoke detector batteries because they chirped also tv remote batteries were low.. Overall our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving in this home and a good value! 😊

Nice House

We had a great time staying here. The house came with linens and towels and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely have to drive to the beach but the public parking made it easy. The kids loved the hot tub which was super clean. If I had to say anything negative it could use a good dusting. Ceiling fans and inside light fixtures were full of dust. Parts of walls too. Overall it was perfect for us. Close to shopping too!
