Amazing House

We loved our stay. Fantastic deck and outside area. Public parking to the beach is a short drive (~7 min) away. Loved staying in Corolla for proximity to Harris Teeter and other stores. The Currituck Golf community is beautiful. This particular house is tucked away, which we loved. Great view of the course.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at this home, the overwhelming mildew smell was extremely uncomfortable. We had the maintenance team in from Paramount, twice. There were some rooms in the home we couldn’t utilize because of the smell. Great location in the neighborhood, but would highly recommend having all of the ductwork thoroughly cleaned.

sunset was beautiful

It was a beautiful home. WE were disappointed in the cleaning details. Some kitchen drawers were dirty. The deck furniture was dirty. Carpet stains thru out the carpeting in the house. We enjoyed our vacation. We would return to this place, but hopefully the place would be cleaner. We left it cleaner than we found it.

House was dirty

Nice house in terms of layout and amenities. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Cobwebs everywhere inside, black mold on some of the deck furniture, food and wrappers under furniture and beds, floors sticky and dirty. Even in normal times it would have been a problem, but given the cleanliness requirements for COVID, it was particularly bad.

Awesome stay but needs to be cleaned better

We loved our stay at Sunset in Seventeen. Great location, beautiful house with plenty of room and amenities for us (loved the pool), the club is so beautiful, and we loved the shuttle that came to our house for a small fee and took us to the beach. Only issue was that the property wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. We expected to clean, as we’re in a pandemic, but we spent more time than was expected cleaning, especially on the exterior wrap around deck, which had to be cleaned/ swept by us as there were leaves, ants, cobwebs and dirt everywhere.

Multi Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our two families to come together for the week. There was plenty of space for us all and lots of activities for everyone to enjoy. The location on the 17th green led to a great deal of golf watching all week. We utilized the shuttle for rides to the beach and the curbside drop off was easy and convenient. All in all, the property delivered on what it promised and we would definitely stay here again.

OBX Vacation at Sunset on Seventeen

Beautiful house which was perfect for our family with college age kids and two dogs! We loved the pool and hot tub. We appreciated that there was a fenced in yard for the dogs. We enjoyed playing pool , corn hole and basketball. The kitchen was well equipped for eat in dining. No excuse to skip exercising because there was also a Peloton bike!
