Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool deck with hot tub, charcoal grill, outside shower, basketball hoop and parking for 4-5 cars. Entry level, laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms with TV (one with deck access to the screened porch), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV and a hall bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD and deck access, dining area seating 6, kitchen with counter seating for 4 and King Bedroom with TV and semi-private master bathroom (shared with the living areas)

Extras: Private Pool (14 x 30), Hot Tub, 5 HD TVs with Roku and streaming cable, DVD player, screened porch, high chair, baby gate, pack-n-play, charcoal grill, high-speed wireless internet, deck furniture, basketball hoop, outside shower, books/games, DVD collection and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. NO PETS. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach: 1700'. Beds: King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Sets. House Address: 955 Corolla Drive. Key Type: Keyless Entry. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Very Peaceful Stay!

Our first time at Outer Banks. The property was nice. The carpets were stained, but everything was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, but the King bed was noisy. It was creaky and loud even just sitting on it. The property location was far for the elderly to walk to the beach, but it was quiet and the young adults didn't mind the walk to the beach! The pool was a GREAT addition. It was a very peaceful area and we LOVED it!

The property was perfect!! I LOVE how everything has a label making it easy to find things and use the right light switches. Everything seemed brand new, even the Tupperware. We will be back for sure! The house was clean, well decorated, well stocked and the pool and hot tub are the perfect size! It’s also a nice short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Loved our time here!
