First time as a family (14 people , 8 adults and 6 kids) to visit NPI and we love it; condo very nice and clean, swimming pool beatiful, beach very clean, everybody enjoy it, for sure we will be back and add 4 more people to the trip.

Great place for family

The place was spacious and clean. We like the spot as it was close to the pool. The location was 4 minutes away from the beach driven. Will definitely save the location for next time.

Great place for our family!

We, a family of 5 (kids 2-8) and grandparents, stayed here for 5 nights and had a blast! The place was very clean and felt new and nice. The kitchen had tons of dishes for everyone and plenty of things to prepare meals with. The little backyard was actually great, good size to sit in the Adirondack chairs and for kids to play catch in. Location was great- a couple minute drive to the beach and easy to get to a grocery store or restaurant. Nice having one bedroom on the ground floor for someone who doesn’t do well with steps. The pool area was great and our kids had a blast on the slides. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked the location. The problem was the ceiling was leaking from the second floor to the first floor. Plaster falling to the ground. I am 68 years old and slipped on the floor where the ceiling was leaking and almost did the splits.
