Absolutely wonderful!

This wonderful condo offered us the perfect coastal escape! The beautifully appointed condo boasts stunning Gulf views from a private balcony, where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The property provides direct beach access, a heated pool, hot tub, and grilling areas. Located just minutes from local dining and attractions, this condo was the ideal spot for our relaxing, memorable getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been coming to Gulfstream since I was little and my mom came here growing up too. Very excited to share that experience with my kids. The condo was clean and can't beat the location. A couple of negatives, our room was the last to be ready on check in day which means it was closer to 5 when it was ready. With small kids that extra hour can be brutal to wait. The dishwasher didn't work which was inconvenient but the major negative was since it had an error code it kept beeping. Told the front office but maintenance never came.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was disappointed with this stay at Gulfstream. The hot tub was not in service, and this is one of the amenities that I look forward to using. It is on the website as an amenity, and when it is out of order, it needs to be posted. It's not fair to the guests to get there and be told it's broken. At this point, you're already there, and if you don't stay, you lose your deposit, plus you have to find another place to stay. The staff didn't seem to care, and just said that if the part came in, they would fix it. It's the summer season, and if it's listed as an amenity, it should be fixed immediately, no matter the cost! I will most likely not stay here again!
