Great place for a family get away

Everything was clean, great little condo. Had everything we needed to cook a couple of family meals. The pool was nice for the kiddos to play in when we were not at the beach. Overall, a great place to stay. Will definitely book again.

Family Getaway

Loved the property. Close access to the beach entrance road. Has two king beds, two full baths so great for two couples. Pool is fine, but would like to see more water added and maintenance of it. Would absolutely book this again! Easy communication with management!

Lovely Home

This is a lovely VRBO! It's clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The pool is steps away from the back door and even has a little wading pool which is perfect for families with little kids. We rented the golf cart and thoroughly enjoyed puttering around the island. This was a great place to stay, and if we're ever back in Port A, we won't hesitate to book again!

Comfortable Getaway

Cozy little home very close to the beach! Only issue was outside trash was full I guess from previous guest so it did smell and we didn’t have very much room to put our trash.

Family vacation

We unfortunately had a tropical storm come in the second day we were there and had to leave. When we arrived there was no internet in the island as well so our check in information was delayed. I wish there was some way to get a rain check or something for time missed. We did however really enjoy the location and having the golf cart there was great. Minus the weather would have been a great trip.

We made an excellent choice

This property was all we could have hoped for. The owner of this property provided more amenities than we expected. Extras were everywhere. Extra beach equipment, extra paper towels, extra toilet paper, many kitchen applicances and excellent selections on TV and DVD.

The dryer did not work, couldn’t wash the towels to reuse, no hot water in shower and low water pressure throughout. No secure area to take pets. Could never figure out how to turn on poolLights to utilize, (same for the neighbors.) otherwise, it was packed with all Of the necessities, amenities. (Other than extra pillowcases..) Port A Escapes reps were wonderful, helpful.

Late and early

Access to condo was late in the day . Leave time was ok , about normal . Would have been nice to have had a heated spa outside , pool was small and cheesy . Beds were very uncomfortable , didnt sleep good at all . Other than that condo was updated with nice fixtures . Close access to beach and restaurants was nice as well .

Needs Attention

Floors, garage and front porch were very sandy. Several blinds are broken. Front bedroom door sticks and closet door falling off. Back door knob corroded. I oiled back door knob. We washed front porch and washed out garage. Tons of broken and rusted items on garage lining the walls. It was comfortable but very dated.

Upon arrival, we did have some golf cart trouble, and the owner was out of the country. I would rent this place again. There is several little things that need to be repaired. the light switches in the master bathroom are broke. the chairs on the back patio are broken. There was dog urine on the floor upon arrival as well. the best advise, is take picture's upon arrival.

La Tee Dah was a disappointment

The property was not very clean when we arrived. The living room decor was pretty but very dusty. We noticed a smell when we walked in. We later realized the washer was full of stagnant water. It was never repaired during our 4 day stay. We ended up packing and wearing our sandy clothes home. We couldn’t wash the babies clothing at all. It was very pricey to have such an inconvenience. We will choose a different rental company in the future.
