Spring Break: Limited Hot Water for Bathing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Beach House is lovely and has plenty of room for two families. The decor, furnishings and appliances were well-appointed, bright and welcoming. Plenty of glassware and utensils. My one complaint was about the hot water and water pressure in the bathrooms. What I assume are tankless hot water heaters produced only lukewarm water, and did so inconsistently for only a minute or two at a time before going cold. The water pressure was also low. One of the prior guests at the rental mentioned that in a review, and I really wish I'd seen that before booking this one.

Good for multi-family trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable beds, high ceilings in main room. Felt spacious with 3 families in it. Has opportunities, don’t think I’ll rent this one again. Very little hot water in all 3 downstairs showers. I’m talking seconds of hot water. Nights and Mornings. Maintenance checks the tankless water heater. Even upped the temperate but it did not help. Miserable showers for 4 days. The other thing was there was zero pantry, cupboard space. With 3 families, you need pantry space!! All drawers and cabinets were full of too many plates and cups. Also felt like the owners belongings were everywhere. Last thing was there was no drip/regular coffee maker. It had a specially built in coffee maker and keurig but neither make decent coffee. At this price point we expected top tier.
